Coming from a research background, the team at Biomatters had encountered first-hand the problems laboratories faced in managing increasing quantities of in vivo data and transgenic organisms.
Scientists in our team knew that increasingly, scientists were spending more time managing data and experiments — and less time on discovery. Increasing data volumes also impacted animal technicians. Because they were struggling to manage increasing animal populations — they had little time left to become more involved with the scientists.

We are building an infrastructure that will allow the plug and play of bioinformatics data and analysis. It will revolutionize bioinformatics through mass productivity gains and by facilitating secure distributed collaboration.

Case Study
